DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • You sure can. Give us a call immediately so we can cancel the order to avoid shipping charges. If the product has already shipped the customer will be liable for shipping fees.
HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
  • We ship our products via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided once order has shipped, typically the same business day or 24 hours from time of sale.  For larger orders UPS or FedEx may be used.
CAN I UPGRADE MY KIT TO INCLUDE MORE LIGHTS?
  • Oh Yeah! All of our vault lighting kits can be expanded to power up to 7 lights. Visit Lights and Accessories for upgrade packages.
